Delivery area
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment being confirmed, and delivered by courier within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. In any event, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of it being confirmed, or contact you to arrange a refund if we're unable to.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order and shown at checkout before you pay. See current rates on the homepage.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll add a tracking number to your order status page where our courier supports it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with our courier and make it right, at no extra cost to you.
