Change of mind (cooling-off)
Because you're buying from us online, you have the right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we'll refund you within 30 days, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Faulty or defective goods
If your plaque or stand arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't as described, you're entitled under the Consumer Protection Act to a repair, replacement, or refund at your choice, at no cost to you, as long as you let us know within a reasonable time (we recommend within 10 days of delivery, and in any event within 6 months). Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll sort it out.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty or was delivered in error, in which case we cover the return shipping.
